This position supports the development and implementation of a program or project to improve operations and/or patient care and plays an important role in the day-to-day activities of projects.

Responsibilities Monitors the process and outcomes of the projects helping to ensure the project is on schedule.Provides administrative and logistical support.Documents issues and decisions.Assists in preparing proposals, reports and documents regarding project.Participates in staffing needs and resources for the project.Reviews monthly budget statements to ensure that the program/project has the funds needed for continuation.May perform basic project management functions.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesAbility to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above.Demonstrated communication skills.Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Qualifications QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in a clinical field, business or equivalency.One year of related experience. Qualifications (Preferred) PreferredExperience in management or coordination, training, quality assurance, team building, program development and evaluation.Advanced excelProject management experience and/or CAPMWorking Conditions and Physical Demands
