Responsible for independently inspecting and monitoring construction activities to ensure completion per the plans and adheres to all specifications and codes required. This position will notify project management of significant issues and complete documentation to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities per project specifications. Employee must develop a thorough understanding of the project scope and schedule as they relate to their specific assignment. Responsibilities The position of Field Engineer will be to support the Project Manager and coordinate the construction activities for certain construction activities of the project segment. Utilize construction management software for quality inspections, maintaining quality control documentation, data collection, and inputs. Assist with field verifications, inspections, and measurements. Track Field Activities, Schedules, Maintenance of Mobile-As-Built documents. Submittal of Mobile-As-Built documents, Pictures, and other customer required reporting. Support Project Manager with onsite control of field works (quality, safety, and compliance of the Design) Order, track, and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. Qualifications Experience in civil construction. Computer/Tablet Proficient. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred. Experienced in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather throughout the year.
