About this opportunity:
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Project Finance Accountant (PFA). As a PFA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and compliant accounting for our customer projects and orders. This encompasses an array of responsibilities including order booking, revenue and cost recognition, customer invoicing, and maintaining adherence to our accounting directives such as DRRES and OEF. Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project finance systems in SAP, and ensuring our accounting practices remain in conformance with SOX and ABC.
What you will do:
- Execute and support fundamental PFA activities based on detailed instructions and guidelines, particularly within the SAP Setup framework.
- Manage the registration of customer purchase orders.
- Oversee PoD registration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the administration of customer invoices, while effectively managing any changes or adjustments.
- Handle the closure activities in SAP, ensuring projects and orders are fully reconciled.
- Familiarize with and apply the PFA responsibilities and activities as detailed in the PFA Work Instruction.
