Location: Arlington - Primarily Telework (must be able to work onsite at lest one day a week)
Experience: 1 year of specialized experience 
Clearance: Secret

Job Overview: As a Project Integrator within the customer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects to ensure successful execution. Your responsibilities involve supporting project managers, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Duties:

Project Coordination:Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and track milestones.

Communication and Documentation:Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Prepare project-related documentation, including memos, reports, and presentations.Maintain accurate records of project activities and decisions.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues during project execution.Work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.Ensure timely resolution of project-related challenges.

Quality Assurance:Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.Conduct reviews and assessments to verify adherence to project requirements.Provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting project management.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
