Responsibilities The Project Integrator (Project Manager) will provide support to the Office of Language Policy and Strategy which is the steward of the Agency’s foreign language policy, strategy, and mission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as the Project Manager to assist the customer in revamping the foreign language incentive program by collaborating and engaging with internal/external stakeholders to gain understanding and insight into their language needs Assist in language needs/gaps and analyze databases. Report changes, capture trends, and write recommendations Prepare and provide regular reports and briefings for Agency senior leadership Serve as the Project Manager to assist the customer in reviewing data and metrics, collecting and reviewing component policies, and providing strategic consultative and related support to metrics development and tracking Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple requirements to allow delivery of timely and high-quality products as well as ability to work autonomously while maintaining flexibility in managing workload and responsibilities Demonstrate ability to work effectively with management, peers, and customer to network and collaborate across Directories and the Intelligence Community (IC) Demonstrate excellent oral, written communication, and customer service skills Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, identify problems, and propose solutions Communicate (verbally and in writing) complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to, and meets the needs of, diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline Ability to fully coordinate project schedules Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence Ability to compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data Experience and demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Demonstrated knowledge, understanding of human resource systems Understanding the scope and intent of these systems and how they integrate Desired Qualifications Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
