Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to 3-4 Executive Front Office personnel. Book domestic and international travel. Manage multiple calendars, and create and track agendas. Manage communications inside and outside of the customer organizations for event confirmations, travel itineraries, and other needs. Communicate effectively with executive level staff, using excellent written and verbal communication skills. Using superior time management skills, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities for the Front Office team. Maintain professionalism, productively and poise in a fast-paced environment. Leverage a deep understanding of the customer space and proper interactions with multiple stakeholders across the organization.Required:
4+ years of experience supporting an administrative front office team at customer agency Experience booking travel both domestic and international Experience using a Corporate Action Tracker Ability to work an 8am to 4:30pm shift Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
