We encourage our team members to share and grow their skills and expertise while creating robust and state-of-the-art solutions. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Coordinate, schedule, and attend meetings as directed by the Sponsor. + Capture and organize project documentation to include meeting minutes, identifying, and categorizing risks, and ensuring standards for quality, repeatability, and consistency are being followed. + Track action items for the Sponsor front office and report on status of action items. + Work with internal and external program personnel at multiple levels of the organization to achieve project objectives. + Provide project management for a small development team supporting an enterprise application. + Keep leadership aware of the status of multiple projects. + Assist in the preparation of briefings, summaries, or other documentation as directed. + Potentially assist with the entry of requirements into the requirements repository and/or work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete. **Basic Requirements:** + 5+ years of experience in project integration or project management + Experience with Project or Change Management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar + High School Diploma **Preferred Qualifications:** + 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT project management + Experience with the process for system Assessment and Authorization + PMP or ITIL certification **Clearance Requirement:** + Active/Current TS/SCI with polygraph **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time SKN.7.23
