Responsibilities The Project Integrator/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to the Center’s Front Office Director and Deputy Director, COO, and Chief of Staff, and works closely with the Executive Assistants and other EXOs to support the customer’s operations-centric cyber mission. The project integrator serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office Director and Deputy Director and COO, responsible for managing the Staff’s check-in/check-out process, space management and utilization across multiple locations, and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Direct support/assistance to the Director, Deputy Director, and COO for the Center, including schedule management and deconfliction Coordination of meetings and collecting/providing background and preparation information, as needed, for Senior Leadership Management of taskings/actions assigned to and by the Front Office to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses Preparation and coordination of presentations/briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences Management of space allocation/utilization across multiple locations for the Director, Deputy Director, and COO for the Center Management of Director, Deputy Director, and COO for Center personnel arrival/departure processes and procedures via ServiceNow, and other business process workflows, as necessary Management of Director, Deputy Director, and COO for Center team travel, to include: deconfliction of schedules, coordination with the field and sending itinerary cables to the field Support to Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants, as required for special projects and activities Gather information to create and coordinate way-forward documentation on near-term of future Group-level projects and activities Other Responsibilities/Skills: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce – including developing artifacts appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the audience Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Experience with the ability to coordinate and work cooperatively and collaboratively across contractual and organizational boundaries Keen attention to detail; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills Previous Front Office and/or Project Integration experience Experience handling sensitive personnel and contractual information Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience with eCables database Experience with ServiceNow Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 Ability to fully coordinate project schedules Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence Ability to compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data Desired Qualifications: Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
