Noblis is seeking to hire a Project Integrator with an Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph Clearance in Reston, VA.
As a Project Integrator/Technical Project Manager, you will be joining a highly skilled technical team working to provide rapid innovative and technical solutions to our Federal Government clients. You will be working with our clients and diverse teams of Technical SMEs to evaluate and maintain solutions using your experience and expertise in Agile Project Management. In your role, you will work with various teams in the areas of cyber security data sciecne, AI/ML, and analytic development programs to successfully manage technical projects and solutions for Intelligence Missions.
Responsibilities:
Interface with technical SMEs and clients to scope projects and maintain tasks and milestones on schedulePresent updates and results to clients on a regular basisUtilize GitHub, JIRA, and/or Confluence, and record the project information for knowledge management and tracking purposesMonitor project performance and review deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals and objectives are met while identifying possible program risks and assessing technical solutionsOrganize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projectsManage functional and technical requirements development with various stakeholders and subject-matter experts. Lead governance processes for coordination and validation of requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
5-8 years of relevant work experience OR Master’s Degree plus 3-6 years of relevant work experience.Experience supporting IC customers in the areas of cyber security data science.Experience leading diverse teams.Experienced Agile Professional. Active Top-Secret SCI + Polygraph Desired Qualifications Experience leveraging Agile practices to manage multiple, simultaneous technical projects- data science, software development, cloud engineering projectsDemonstrated proficiency providing project management for federal government clientsExperience working with teams of software developers, data scientists, and engineersExperience monitoring project development performance and reviewing deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic and objectives are met and identify possible program risksExperience providing program and/or project management support on technical contractsConsultative skills and experience client facing and presenting to clients and executivesExperience effectively presenting results and updates to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience providing hands on data science and data engineering expertise. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
