HOW A PROJECT INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Provide project integration and programmatic support, technical guidance, and written communications and briefings for IT applications/systems.Continually interface with Sponsor’s management to plan, present and brief information related to the Sponsor’s portfolio.Make recommendations for process improvement(s) for Sponsor’s portfolio.Prepare communication and materials for IT systems and services for the Sponsor’s use.Prepare user guides for IT systems and services.Prepare monthly project/program briefing slides for IT systems and services.Prepare weekly updates to project schedules, actions, lessons learned, requirements, impact of decisions, and respond to inquiries and questionsProvide project integration and programmatic support for data analysis.Project integration and programmatic support for IT strategic planning and associated business process improvement.Assist in the establishment and implementation of IT processes, IT governance, IT performance metrics and reporting.Provide support to web development, content management and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) in support Sponsor of program processes and operating procedures.Track performance metrics across Sponsor programsCompile a yearly analysis of monthly metrics into a comprehensive fiscal year reporting to management, identifying trends within five-year pat performance to guide strategic direction.Compile yearly feedback from sponsor customers geared toward process improvements and increasing operating efficiencies.
• Serve as primary POC for data generation, reporting, and analysis; identifying and correcting discrepancies as required.Serve as SME for sponsor's program, answering questions of customers across the component, Directorate, and IC.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience providing management, stakeholder, and user systems administration and usage communications.Demonstrated experience translating technical terminology and concepts.Demonstrated experience writing IT policies and procedures for clarity and understanding.Demonstrated experience providing IT briefings and materials for IT applications/systems.Demonstrated experience working within a dynamic team.Demonstrated experience with providing coordination and integration support with formal career development programs.Demonstrated experience with data gathering and product evaluation to determine future solutions.Demonstrated experience with collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.Demonstrated experience with reviewing documentation and revising existing processes and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, and input/output requirements.Demonstrated experience with updating IT project schedules, tracking actions, and providing demonstrations.Demonstrated experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMOSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience with suggesting, communicating, and implementing process improvements for IT applications/systems.Demonstrated experience supporting training organizations.Demonstrated experience with tracking performance metrics.Demonstrated experience with being the key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.Demonstrated experience or knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.Demonstrated experience preparing presentations and presenting IT application/system information to senior managers.

The likely salary range for this position is $152,737 - $206,645. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
