This is a professional level role requiring a person who will lead and manage assignments that support Restaurant Cash Management functions, including systems, integrations, and associated processes. Individual will be responsible for providing direction, insights, and processes for system and platform scalability, and is expected to communicate both up and down in the organization.

Responsibilities Lead and support projects and activities that enable scalable Restaurant Cash Management systems, integrations, and processesServing as product manager for Restaurant Cash Management systems and platformsProvide system support and coordinate enhancements to reconciliation tool and AWS platformLead Restaurant Cash Management system support for International expansionLead and manage cross-functional projects related to Restaurant Cash Management systems and platformsPlan and execute end user testing for new RCM systematic solutionsExecute on resolutions to system disruptions to ensure minimal impact to Operators, Staff, and customersLead Robotic Process Automation for Restaurant Cash ManagementOwn R12 Form update processes, partnering with Payroll Services team on system enhancement strategy and executionAssist with external audit and compliance requests, as neededManage personal workload and resource capacity while developing methods to scale and meet the demands of our growing businessPropose and champion enhancements and change opportunities for current processesParticipate and contribute to team planning, budgeting Minimum Qualifications Must possess strong systems knowledgeBuilds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammatesAbility to lead and manage multiple projects and responsibilities with limited supervisionAnalytical and detail-orientedSelf-driven, exhibiting a personal drive for excellence, eagerness to learnKnowledge and understanding of Chick-fil-A’s standard suite of work solutions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Knowledge or ability to learn new financial systems and/or reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau)
