Project Lead (ECM-2024-21304):

 

Bowhead is seeking to network with experienced and highly skilled Project Lead for an upcoming proposal effort. This role is crucial in overseeing Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM) projects, particularly those related to U.S. Government and Department of Defense (DoD) systems.

Responsibilities

The Project Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of project performance, including technical direction, cost control, and schedule adherence. This role requires a strong background in Configuration and Data Management, with specific experience in DoD and government systems.

 

Job duties will include but are not limited to: 

Lead and manage Configuration and Data Management projects for government and DoD systemsOversee all aspects of project performance, ensuring adherence to technical requirements, budget constraints, and timelinesProvide technical direction and leadership to project teamsDevelop and implement work standards and project schedulesSupervise and mentor project personnelEnsure effective communication of organizational policies, goals, and objectives to all team membersCollaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and other contractorsStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Configuration and Data Management

Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)Minimum of 10 years of combined general and specialized experience in Configuration and Data ManagementWithin those 10 years, at least 8 years of specialized experience in one or more specific areas of CM/DM as applied to system engineering processes for:S. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.


Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
