What You Will Do

Assistant to compliance to the NPI Process and tools in PMO through deeply communication with cross functional teams.Develop applicable service programs, process and database to centralize PMO activitiesHelp to optimize existing NPI process tools or develop new tools to satisfy Program Management needsMaintain PMIS(project management information system) system. Develop modules/reports/layouts for business demandsPMIS training to PMs or cross-functional teamsSupport PMO daily operation

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical degree desirable3-5 years of previous project management tool experience in the mid to high volume consumer products industryCertain coding skills is requiredRequire PC skills using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPointMust be able to multi-task and have good written and verbal communication skillsExperience in PHP/Javascript/CSharp/Python is preferredFluent English speaking and writing. Strong logical thinking and decision making skills.
