JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
What You Will Do with JT4
The Project Lead Level I will analyze support tasks within a logistics unit that specializes in the procurement, organization, cataloguing, packaging, handling, storage and transportation of parts and equipment in support of flight test operations. The Project Lead will also assist in warehouse management tasks, to include parts ordering & procurement, train personnel, and design and implement excellent logistic practices for tracking and organizing acquired parts and equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Assist Project Managers in the daily operation of large program activities by making priority determinations and managing project risk Oversee & perform physical inventory, catalog, material/property control coordination, and data entry in support of various supply activities Develop, review, and establish improved logistics standards, operating procedures and protocols Follow company and Government processes & procedures as required by maintaining accountability & responsibility for project schedule and requirements to deliver projects on time meeting the required budget Track & maintain parts stock as needed to meet the immediate and future needs of flight test modifications & operational support Track statuses of materials throughout the ordering process and provide feedback and statuses to customers and stakeholders Interface with the customer to define & report status of routine tasks, prepare logistics correspondence, and generate reports Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requestedDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be highly organized and have acute attention to detail to properly document, track, organize all parts of the project portfolio Meticulously maintain logistics support planning, policy, procedure and similar documents Skilled in the use of word processing tools such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft SharepointREQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Must have a bachelor's or higher degree, or any combination of formal education, training and experience equivalent to 6 years involvement in technically demanding program or project assignments. Must have demonstrated knowledge and skills in resource organization and allocation, planning and budgeting, continuous quality and process improvement, configuration management, setting and measurement of program goals, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. The incumbent must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license. Must have or obtain and maintain a current DoD Top Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $81,723 to $104,000 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. Routine travel to remote Company work locations may be required.
