We are looking for a Project Lead who will report to the Project Manager of Can-Am On-Road Vehicle Engineering to develop the most innovative vehicles. In this role, you will have a definitive impact on the continuous improvement of on-road vehicle development processes and technical directions to impress our enthusiastic product users!

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

\n\nCoordinate the completion and proper documentation of engineering deliverables in accordance with prescribed deadlines, processes, and best practices.\nWork with various sectors to ensure the availability and accuracy of project financial data.\nOversee the assembly of prototypes in the workshop, participate in organizing various prototype assembly events on the assembly line and in the production workshops, and manage the vehicle fleet.\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor physical tests for the product in development.\nContribute to improving sector efficiency by identifying problems and making recommendations.\nRecruit engineering interns.\n\n

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

\n\nEnthusiasm for the various principles of operation and construction of the mechanical systems in a motor vehicle.\nExcellent planning and priority management skills.\nStrong communication skills in French and English to influence various partners who may be located outside Quebec.\nA valued collaborator and team player.\nEngineering training and relevant experience.\n\n
