We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Lead with a strong background in project management and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Best Practices Implementation: Promote and implement best practices in project management and transformation initiatives to enhance firm's effectiveness.
Relationship Management: Involves building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners and relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Excellent data management and data analytics skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

Required Experience:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management
