Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesQualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.TechYou must have experience of at least 10+ yearsGood knowledge of one or more of the following development languages. - .NET Framework. - Microsoft SQL knowledge - Web developmentKnowledge of Eclipse suite and software versioning and control system (Git is a plus).Knowledge of DevOps concepts and of automated deployment pipelines. Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies, high problem solving ability.Excellent team player capabilities and communication skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team membersOffer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valuedNurture collaboration amongst team membersCreate a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the teamQuickly and effectively resolve team conflicts.Understand team members’ concerns and feedback and work to rectify any issues to avoid disruptions to productivity.Responsible for regular communication with all stakeholders involved in the development process.Have good knowledge of SDLC, Project Management and Project execution methodologyParticipate as a team member in fully agile deliveries.Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current trends through continued education and professional growthAbility to demonstrate expertise in preparing and planning projects and driving those project plans through to a successful conclusion Self-motivated, independent, creative, resourceful and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills Project management with Agile experience such as Scrum, Kanban is essentialWorking experience in remote and cross cultural teams
What You Need to SucceedAs Lead must be able to perform the following rolesFor the project - ensure on time delivery with qualityFor the team - function as coach and mentorFor the stakeholders - function as a POC for the teamFor the leadership - represent the team in various leadership forums.Responsible for project implementation, risk management and quality assuranceTask planning and execution to the software team Monitor team and project in accordance with project planning and handle issues that may arise.Coordinating test activitiesDelivery and deployment of software within scheduled timeframe – keeping team focused Remove barriers to execution - address/communicate the issues effectively so that the team remain focused on the objectives.Report project progress status to Senior Management/project stakeholdersInstills best practices for software development and documentation.Proactive in identifying Project RisksBring in innovative ideas to reduce redundancy, reduce technical debt, improve efficiency. Automate when possible.Manage team's effectiveness, motivate the team, track productivity and effectiveness of the teamCreate onboaring plans, coach and mentor new hiresIdentify areas of upskilling for self and people.Exhibit excellent team spirit and good communicationContribute to the Project Lead Community of PracticeConduct and support with the root cause analysis for problems along with the QAR team members.Supports the product management team with 3rd level support on the customer reported issues.Our Offer to YouHybrid working model.Family Mediclaim benefits including parents & Term life insurance Cover.
