Your role at Baxter

We are looking for a Project Leader who is dedicated to making a difference in patient care. What you'll be doingDisplay expertise in the technical field and a discerning business sense.Develop and implement project plans, and provide regular updates on project status, issues, progress, budget, etc. to the relevant service owners/management.Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and various IT and business teams to prioritize work and schedules.Manage 1-2 concurrent projects successfully.Manage project deliverables including technical solution, implementation, support, and quality.Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards/regulatory requirements.Participate in multiple phases of project implementations.What you'll bringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.Good knowledge of project development/implementation processes.Working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and project management processes.Good presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.1-3+ years of technical experience including 3+ years of successful small to medium (50k to 250k) size project management.Preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.SCM Scrum Certification.Proven track record of delivering projects with some additional support.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of business insight.Equal Employment Opportunity
