Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role** The Lifecycle Solutions and Innovation (LSI) team is responsible for developing and deploying state-of-the-art HVAC system controls and building level lifecycle solutions, digital-enabled services with data analytics, fault detection and diagnostics, healthy building solutions, integrated energy management system and breakthrough technologies that are used by Carrier HVAC, Refrigeration and Energy system solution development team and service team for Carrier’s intelligent climate and energy system innovation, operation and maintenance. Product Data Analytics team is a sub-engineering group within LSI team. As the Energy System Project Leader, you will lead the energy management system innovation related projects based on the business needs to develop innovative and differentiated energy management solution for HVAC/R integrated with energy storage system, PV, VPP. for building, data center, district heating and cooling network, and other vertical markets. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Energy System Project Leader, you’ll be responsible for: + Responsible for multi-energy system solution innovation, development, and technology demonstration, including HVAC system and energy storage system including battery and thermal storage system for buildings, data centers, district heating and cooling networks, and other vertical markets + Identify and address technology gaps, megatrends and competitive landscape for HVAC integrated with energy and utility system + Lead the energy management related programs to define the plan, make sure the smooth execution, collaborate with global cross-functional teams + Be proficient in heat transfer, thermodynamics and thermal management system analysis in the development of next generation high efficiency and environmentally friendly HVAC/R and energy systems + Participate in global multidisciplinary projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables + Other work items arranged by supervisor **Requirements** We are looking for people who are interested in energy management system development and optimization, and frontier technology exploration with ability, agile and aspiration, communicative, responsible and analytical mindset, you are welcome to apply this position.
