**Summary**
The Project & Maintenance Analyst reports directly to the Maintenance Planning Mgr. This role provides essential support to the Engineering/Project team and Maintenance/Capital Maintenance spend for revenue generating assets. The Analyst will help open and manage work orders, evaluate schedules and spend as related to maintenance planning. Assists in updating records and data of previous maintenance, projecting and forecasting future maintenance and spend and other duties as assigned.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for updating and maintaining company asset overhaul schedules using the ERP and other systems.
+ Create work orders for quarterly planned major maintenances and monitor associated costs upon completion.
+ Scheduling and progressing of projects in the field, shop or planned maintenance.
+ Maintain maintenance records for compression assets and make available to customers upon request.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly operations support groups.
+ Support Operations, Engineering and AMS in the planning and scheduling process for all major overhauls/projects.
+ Conduct regular audits to verify asset integrity and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management, including security vulnerabilities and obsolescence.
+ Support Project Managers and internal stakeholders with custom reporting and special project requirements.
+ Conduct post-project audits to reconcile actual versus estimated data, refining estimating assumptions and processes accordingly.
+ Report critical project data to the management team.
**Education & Certifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Work Equivalent relevant to project scheduling, planning, reporting and analysis
**Work Experience**
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination/planning, asset management or a related role.
+ Gas compression knowledge
+ Project progression and Scheduling coordination
+ Experience utilizing asset management software and tools
+ Experience utilizing Microsoft Projects or equivalent software
**Skills & Abilities**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Knowledge of asset management best practices.
**Physical Demands**
+ Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some periods of time may be spent outside working in the elements for audits, and asset verifications.
+ Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components.
+ Up to 25% travel required.
