We’re looking for a Project Management Analyst to join our ever evolving Office of the Chief Technology Officer to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About The Team
The Project Management Analyst within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is responsible for tracking key initiatives that impact the entire CTO organization. This role involves overseeing the various cross functional initiatives and helping streamlines the processes, while bringing out efficiencies. The Project Management Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and champion the integration of AI solutions across the organization.
What You’ll Own
• Working closely with CTO Leadership team, Engineering, Technology, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams
• Working on multiple initiatives driven by CTO organization
• Managing project risks and assisting with problem resolution
• Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams
• Ensuring service levels and SLA's are met
• Measure and report metrics on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilite cross functional collaboration
• Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary
• Agile tools to track team progress, productivity, and performance
• Mentor team members on Agile values and principles
What You Bring
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles
• Advanced skills with project management software
• Experience working in an Agile environment and expertise on relevant processes and methodologies
• Extensive experience on Agile, Project Management and collaboration tools
• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience

• Exposure to GenAI & Data analytics skills
