The Project Management Analyst is responsible for: 

\n \n \n

 

\n \n \n \n Working with the PMO Leadership Team, Finance, HR, and Global Procurement on the implementation and usage of standard program/project management techniques (procedures, processes, templates, and tools) to support the planning and day-to-day execution of projects. \n Maintaining relationships with IT and business unit leads and leadership to manage service expectations, including deliverables, timeliness, and value. \n \n \n \n \n Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex program management and utilizing Conduent's expertise to identify risks and assess impacts. \n \n \n \n \n Exceptional program management skills, having the ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility among team members, and the application of current tools to improve the effectiveness of deliverables when working on projects. \n \n \n \n \n Being responsible for managing integration, scope, time (schedule), cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement-related activities. \n \n \n \n \n Identifying the project's financial resources, managing the budget, and keeping costs under control. \n \n \n \n \n Tracking the growth of program activities and deliverables and non-program work related to the project's consolidated benefits. \n \n \n \n \n Interacting and conducting interviews with the executive project sponsors, the project team, and external consultants. \n \n \n \n

The ideal candidate: 

\n \n \n Excellent knowledge of English language (C1 upwards). \n \n \n \n \n Minimum of 2  years experience in a Project Manager role in technology-driven programs or projects (experience in HR, benefits, learning, or payroll is preferred). \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge in HR and Payroll Administration which includes Recruiting, Onboarding, Workforce and Talent Management, and Global Payroll \n \n \n \n \n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field. \n \n \n \n \n Demonstrated experience in project risk management. \n \n \n \n \n Direct experience in leading or managing full lifecycle projects or subsections of large or complex projects. \n \n \n \n \n Strong planning, organizational, leadership, meeting facilitation, and negotiation skills. \n \n \n \n \n Advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. \n \n \n \n

\n \n \n \n Learning & Development experience; \n \n \n \n \n PMP certificate (Project Management Professional); \n \n \n \n \n Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum; \n \n \n \n \n Tools: ServiceNow, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors \n \n
