**Description:** You will be the Project Management and Operations Planner for the Solid Rocket Motor \(SRM\) Production Team\. Our team is responsible for driving the production of Solid Rocket Motors, supporting the design and development of reliable, affordable, and producible SRM products\. **What You Will Be Doing** As a Project Management and Operations Planner, you will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver Manufacturing, Process, and Industrial Design Engineering support, ensuring the successful transition of SRM designs from development to production\. Experience identifying required area of expertise and working with specialists in the Production Operations and Engineering arenas to support new product development and transfer to production \- Demonstration of specification conformity \- Producibility \- DFM/DFA \- Production flow, value\-stream, and continuous improvement\. \- Ensures conformity to current DoD 4145 requirements for production\. Experience in supporting cross\-functional teams in a matrix or cross functional environment\. Experience in managing capital projects\.
