**Description:** You will be the Project Management and Operations Planner for the Solid Rocket Motor \(SRM\) Production Team\. Our team is responsible for driving the production of Solid Rocket Motors, supporting the design and development of reliable, affordable, and producible SRM products\. **What You Will Be Doing** As a Project Management and Operations Planner, you will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver Manufacturing, Process, and Industrial Design Engineering support, ensuring the successful transition of SRM designs from development to production\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business, Finance or related major, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree\. • Managing multiple capital, direct, and Overhead projects simultaneously\. • Working with and supporting a matrix\-managed team of Production engineers, Planning and Control, Integrated Planning, Cost Control, and IPT Leads\. • Managing Early phases of production to meet Safety, Cost, Quality, and Schedule requirements\. • Must be a U\.S citizen in order to obtain a Secret security clearance **Desired Skills:** Experience in the production of deliverables containing energetics\. Experience identifying required area of expertise and working with specialists in the Production Operations and Engineering arenas to support new product development and transfer to production \- Demonstration of specification conformity \- Producibility \- DFM/DFA \- Production flow, value\-stream, and continuous improvement\. \- Ensures conformity to current DoD 4145 requirements for production\. Experience in supporting cross\-functional teams in a matrix or cross functional environment\. Experience in managing capital projects\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
