Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. The industry of focus is construction and engineering, and the job function involves overseeing various projects, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and safety goals
• Support construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site
• Evaluate work quality, safety performance, and productivity on assigned projects
• Participate in walk downs of planned work, validate completed work to design requirements, and review contractor payment requests
• Verify constructability, oversee resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues as needed
• Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials
• Assist in controlling project scope, overseeing budget, resolving technical issues, performing reporting duties, scheduling, and work-in-progress
• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies
• Reinforce safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff
• Coordinate activities of groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration
• Interface with project's designated management committee. Requirements • Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics
• Experience in Compliance and Payment Processing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes and Quality Assurance
• Skilled in Scheduling and Project Management
• Ability to work with Vendors and Suppliers
• Experience in tracking Project Progress and improving Productivity
• Background in Engineering and Construction would be beneficial
• Ability to Ensure Compliance and provide Oversight
• Ability to handle Technical Issues and Commission Functions
• Experience in managing Expense Accounts
• Ability to develop Validation Plans and implement Corrective Action
• Experience in Contract Administration
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity
• Experience in managing Interfaces and Resource Allocation.
