Project Management Consultant
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Juno Beach, Florida, as a Project Management Consultant in the construction industry. This role focuses on the effective management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance, and providing support for construction work performed by outside contractors and vendors on site. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing project scope, budget oversight, resolving technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and current work progress • Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials, and within the company • Review and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, and process contractor payment requests • Monitor project site for productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance • Handle issues related to resource allocation and verify the constructability of projects • Function as a liaison with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies • Reinforce expectations around safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective actions, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff • Participate in the coordination of activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering construction, budget analytics, and contract administration • Interface with the project's designated management committee. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Project Management • Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics • Thorough understanding of Compliance and Payment Processing • Expertise in Budget Processes and Quality Assurance • Experience in Scheduling and Vendor Management • Ability to track Progress and enhance Productivity • Background in Engineering and Construction is preferred • Ability to liaise with Suppliers and Ensure Compliance • Experience in Oversight of projects and handling Technical Issues • Ability to handle Commision Functions and manage Expense Accounts • Knowledge of Validation Plans and Corrective Action implementation • Experience in Contract Administration • Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles • Ability to manage Interfaces and Resource Allocation effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
