Project Management Internships - Technical/Non-Technical (Summer 2025, Hybrid - NYC/LA)

Our Summer Internship Program offers endless ways to explore careers through an immersive 10-week, well-rounded paid program that encourages students to bring their passions and insights to work. Most importantly, the program acts as a pipeline for future opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): 

Provide coordination, documentation, and testing support, build help guides, etc.  High-level project planning, status reporting, task management, and follow-up.  Work with team leads to identify standard methodologies and improvements to optimize creative and tech business processes.  Assist in project management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, to identify risks and issues and work toward innovation and operational success. 

 

Qualifications: 

Studying Technology/Engineering or Business major.   Curiosity about Project Management and/or Operational roles in Technology  Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills.  Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite (Docs, Grids, etc.) General knowledge of project management process.  Ability to collaborate comfortably across multiple functional teams and leadership levels.  Knowledge about Agile software development frameworks Passion for media.

 

Nice to Have: 

Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, etc.) is a plus.  Experience building presentations and reports is a plus.  Technology application testing or development experience is a plus

 

Eligibility:   

Internships are available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors or Master's students in the fall of 2025. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities closer to your graduation date.  

You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.  

Interns will be required to work hybrid or fully on-site for the duration of the program. 

Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional). 

Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

The hourly rate for this position is $20 - 38. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
