Responsibilities: Project Management Lead Supporting Country CEO in implementation and execution of country business strategies Working with Business Leaders to execute the Delivering Aon United strategy on client planning and helping clients to protect and grow their businesses Researching, coordinating, collecting & consolidating business information and supporting Country CEO on presentations & reports to business partners Leading & executing projects, as assigned by Country CEO Working with responsible management to develop a fact base for BU Leaders. This requires macro-economic research and understanding on the markets, Aon's performance, Aon's competitive positions, Aon's business model, structure & people Assisting in drafting & disseminating key Country CEO communications Tracking and monitoring strategic activities/initiatives to ensure goals and benchmarks are achieved. Facilitating the reporting and measurement ensuring a timely flow of key performance data and information for stakeholders across the enterprise Preparing & taking part in internal & external business meeting with Country CEO, when required Managing relevant business meeting agendas and follow up on action items Executive Assistant Providing sophisticated calendar management for CEO: Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements Acting as a liaison and provide support to CEO: Arrange and handle all logistics for CEO’s meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of CEO. Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks in a confidential and professional manner that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with employees and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy. Working closely with CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs Performing any other duties which may be assigned by CEO Skills and experience that will lead to success. University graduates At least 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Project Management Strong interpersonal skills – effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence Fluency in English Project management, service-minded, networking, due diligence & multiple task and problem-solving skills Proficient with MS systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
