Functions

Project management within LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic)Programming and organization of project activities.Contact with client and areas such as Sales, Account support, Finance, to assure correct project execution.Follow up with correspondent areas to assure activities are done on time.Effectiveness and improvement management in processesFinancial control and analysis (revenues vs costs)Invoice creation and payment follow up with Finance.Metrics and executive reports (Forecast revenue, progress of projects, effectiveness)Direct contact with Territory managers to be informed about equipment installation, updates on Hardware and Software (ATM’s)Supplier payment control
