You are ready if you have:

An upper-intermediate level of English (both oral and written documentation, as well as business communication);

Hands-on experience in driving improvements or implementing changes;

Proven analytical skills and a drive for results (ability to assess possibilities, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate outcomes);

Proficiency with Google Office/MS Office, including Google Sheets/Excel (knowledge of Google Looker is a plus);

Basic technical knowledge in scripting or databases (e.g., SQL);

Programming skills, preferably in Python (considered a plus);

JIRA knowledge (considered a plus)

AI-related knowledge and experience;

Strong analytical skills.

We are ready, and within our team, you will:

Prepare reports and KPIs required by the management team on a regular and ad hoc basis, while driving improvements in reporting structures through automation and AI features;

Maintain existing tools and scripts to increase operational efficiency;

Manage current processes and establish new ones to enhance collaboration within the Customer Experience department;

Keep documentation and templates up to date, organizing occasional training sessions to ensure team members stay informed;

Participate in projects involving new technologies, automation, and AI.
