What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager Senior Consultant to join one of our federal data-related programs. The candidate will support all project documentation to include document creation, editing, and management of deliverables. Must be able to confidently interact with different stakeholders and be able to develop, review, write, and edit material for reports, memos, SOPs, briefs, and related technical and administrative publications for internal and external stakeholders.

This role will:

Work with others to develop, write, review, and edit memos, reports, briefings, and documents to be delivered to different stakeholders. Perform other writing duties as assigned.

Review data analysis- and data governance-related reports created by others and edit for quality and completeness.  This will require an understanding of data processes and systems.

Deliver high-quality client service and products in a fast-paced environment.

Develop trusted relationships with clients and team members.

Duties will include:

Lead the development of memos and reports, edit the work of others, conduct quality reviews

Support change management activities, including training and communications

Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures

Meeting facilitation, including those with senior leadership

Develop productive working relationships with agency representatives from across the Public Sector

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products


What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelor's degree

THREE (3) years of project management experience including ONE (1) year of experience in the federal space and including ONE (1) year experience drafting memos, reports, and standard operating procedures, preparing and delivering training materials, or leading/communicating with public sector clients and stakeholders

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Demonstrated experience working on client-facing activities

Experience creating professional and tailored reports and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint

Experience supporting change management processes, especially those surrounding improvement of data quality and use

Experience with graphic design

Familiarity with federal data issues

Experience working with foreign assistance data

General knowledge of US government foreign assistance objectives and operations

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
