Our team needs a skilled project management professional who can see the big picture, create and execute implementation plans, influence business partners, manage multiple projects, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. This team provides functional and strategic expertise to the SF Acquisitions division, focused on execution of strategic efforts in the Quality Control, Fraud, Operational Risk, and Seller (customer) domains.
Our Impact:We support some of the highest profile projects in Single Family Acquisitions and Freddie Mac as a whole. We are responsible for identifying new opportunities to manage risk, coordinating teams and programs, developing business cases, communicating impact, and driving delivery.

Drive delivery of multiple significant and sophisticated projects
Facilitate and influence the timely resolution of obstacles and challenges
Develop detailed business cases, to include requirements and success criteria
Create and manage project plans and risk logs
Build reports and develop/deliver executive updates
Partner with internal collaborators and develop relationships
Participate in developing strategic solutions and act as an internal consultant
Qualifications:5-7 years of related project management experience in the consulting or financial services industries
Excellent written presentation skills
Experience and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Outstanding customer service and communication ability with focus on delivering services or products
Ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others while navigating sensitive situations
Strong quantitative and analytic skills that can be applied across multiple subject areas

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
