Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Global Services Global Warehousing, Logistics and Chemicals organization is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead projects, programs and activities in the complex and growing after-market warehousing business. This role will oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for highly complex and difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in project or program management5+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higherProject Management Certification or degreeExperience with Microsoft Office suiteExperience working with Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics organizationsStrong leadership skills, 42

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $141,950 - $192,050
