Project Management Specialist
**Job Description** The Program Manager works at the direction of the Director of Programs and will be responsible for managing a functions assigned with Inmate Direct programs. The Program Manager is responsible for working with the assign territory and accounts to ensure all sales and operational goals are achieved and required tasks are complete Primary objectives are to manage and grow existing account/programs while also developing new programs to company strategic growth requirements. **Job Responsibilities** Understand and support the assigned program policies and procedures as well as individual facility policies and procedures to ensure proper and effective implementation of management of each Inmate Direct program. Travel as reasonably required to meet with the Department of Corrections, Correctional Industries, facilities, inmate groups, tradeshows, events, to facilitate sales activities and meet assigned objectives. Meet and develop relationships with Department of Corrections and Correctional Industries leadership and personnel. Ensure all contract requirements are adhered to and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports are submitted on time. Submit Revenue Share requests on time. Maintain travel budget and adhere to travel guidelines per USG travel policy and handbook. Submit expense reports monthly. Assist with the development of catalogs for assigned programs: getting new products approved, price changes, marketing material creation, proofing and ensure catalog distribution is 100% at all facilities. Submit new items samples. Focus on growing current business by adding additional products, programs and services. Create all spec sheets, account profiles, account setup, rules and regulations. Test websites and other future applications to ensure accuracy and user friendliness. Analyze sales data and analyze the competition. Review open order reports for assigned programs and address any issues with the appropriate departments. Analyze and address item stock issues daily with buyers, warehouse and customer service. Handle customer satisfactions daily, work with customer service on open orders, open RMA's, open UAC's, missing refunds, etc. Present to current and potential clients in a professional manner. Constantly analyze competition and industry trends to ensure products and programs are new, innovated and competitive in the market to ensure sales increase in assigned territory, ensure findings are communicated to appropriate company staff. Identify and implement promotional marketing ideas to assist in meeting/exceeding sales goals. Effectively communicate and facilitate meetings with all necessary management and staff with matters that directly relate to assigned territory. Implement programs and ensure all departments are staying on track to meet program launch deadlines. Assist in developing program transportation schedules and productions schedules for in-house programs and USG fleet. Work with transportation to ensure all deliveries are made on time and customer is communicated with. Work with facilities and transportation on all redirect packages.
