Project Management Specialist

Guardian is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Marketing & Communications Strategy & Operations Team dynamic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
**You Will:**
+ Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure goals are met.
+ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.
+ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
+ Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
+ Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
+ Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
+ Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
+ Ensure all finished product by internal agency team members is delivered with high quality, on brand, on time, and within budget
+ Consistently optimize workflow to ensure we are functioning at the highest level of efficiency
+ Support Senior Project Managers, Enterprise Operations Leads and Head of Strategy & Operations in operations and project-related tasks as needed.
**You Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 1-2 years of experience in operations, project and program management, process improvement, campaign management, and creative operations
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
+ Agile approach, ruthlessly quantifying and prioritizing high-value projects, seeking to deliver value quickly, leverage measurement and testing to optimize and scale successful programs
+ Operations and delivery guru focused on excellence and execution
+ A roll-up-your-sleeves, "get in the weeds" individual
+ Focused on how to effectively cross-collaborate with all areas of the organization to achieve operational excellence
+ Driven to make a difference
**Location & Travel:**
+ This role is 3 days a week in our Hudson Yards NYC or Pittsfield MA Office
**Salary Range:**
$80,940.00 - $132,975.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
