Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Project Management Specialist II for our Chandler, AZ locations. In this role, you will manage facilities business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nWork with Program Management Office, Project Managers and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives.\nTransitioning project specifications into operating space including coordinating new operation and maintenance requirements with the coordination of the Facility Manager\nPrimary focus as Project Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance, with proper communication and professionalism.\nTrack and mitigate risks identified by stakeholders.\nSupport proposals and baseline control; attend all on site and virtual meetings\nCollaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems, internal and external.\nAdapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change.\nMotivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example. \nDraft and review Statements of Work (SoW) for all projects.\nExceeding internal and external customer expectations.\nTravel to ACST locations as needed - estimated at 20%.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
\n\nAbility to work on a construction site, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n2+ years’ experience in program management, project controls, workflow specialist, or project support.\n2 + years’ experience working with construction software\nU.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.\n\nWE VALUE
\n\n4+ years of construction project management experience\nTenant improvement experience including construction oversight.\n\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling program.\n6 years’ experience in construction services or construction project management\nInitiative-taking and resourceful self-starter, with ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities.\nExperience in managing and reviewing budgets, detailed invoicing, and service contracts.\nProject Management certification\nExpertise with AutoCAD, Blue Beam, and or Procore\nContract Management Experience\nExperience with OSHA safety standards\n\nABOUT HONEYWELL
