Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Project Management Specialist for our Golden Valley, MN location. In this role, you will manage facilities business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes.

\nThe annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $77,500.00 - $89,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

\nYOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
\n\nWork with Program Management Office, Project Managers and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives.\nCoordinating and tracking progress on a portfolio of facilities projects, such as equipment installations and space rearrangement.\nTracking facilities utilization, utilities, and conditions in support of laboratory and office operations.\nTransitioning project specifications into operating space including coordinating new operation and maintenance requirements.\nPrimary focus as Deputy Project Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance.\nTrack and mitigate risks identified by Project Engineers.\nSupport proposals and baseline control.\nCollaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems.\nAdapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change.\nMotivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example. \nDrafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SoW) for facilities projects.\nProviding on call support to Facilities Tech(s) (24/7).\nTravel to ACST locations - estimated at 20%.\nYOU MUST HAVE:
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics\n3+ years’ experience in program management, project management, project controls or project support.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project.\nU.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance.\n\nWE VALUE:
