This person will be reporting out of one of the following sites: Camden AR, Huntsville AL, or Folsom CA.

This individual will be required to plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and team leadership. Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

 

 

Major Position Responsibilities Manages and completes all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standard and meet customer expectations.Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.Oversees the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.Identifies, utilizes or delegates appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.Plans and leads project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.Identifies at risk project tasks and develops mitigation plans.Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.

 

Basic Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years’ experience OR Equivalent Combination of relevant Education &/ or ExperiencePreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's DegreeDiscipline/Major: Business or related degree preferred Additional Certifications: Project Management Certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Pay Range (USD) $93,100- $172,900 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Benefits Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k plan and are eligible for the Non-Contributory Retirement Contribution.
