What the job involves:
We are looking for an intern in Project Delivery to join our Project and Development Services Team. This position will gain experience with multiple service lines within the account’s regional execution team, with focus on Project Delivery, but possibly also including Facility Management & Engineering, Occupancy Planning, Market Planning, Finance, Business Intelligence/data analytics or other functions.
As a Project Management Intern at JLL, you will:
Under supervision of Project & Development Services staff, support management components of one or more active construction projects including participation at project meetings, recording and issuing meeting minutes, reviewing budgets and schedules, attending site walks, entering progress data in technology tools, interacting with others on project teams and other service lines towards successful project delivery.
Under supervision of Facilities Management staff, proactively manage aspects of facility services including engaging with vendor partners and the client, conducting site inspections, monitoring status of vendor payments and invoicing, supporting execution of small projects or events, executing client floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance needs are met
Engage with regional engineering team in routine maintenance operations at client headquarters locations
Shadow service line leadership in areas such as occupancy planning, space planning, market planning, transactions
Conduct research and/or analytics in one or more topics with guidance from service line and regional leadership through qualitative and quantitative analysis of relevant information; produce reporting including key highlights and client-facing materials.
Participate in a multi-week Intern project culminating in an executive report and presentation to leadership.
Participate in 1 or more group team or community activities possibly offsite
Participate in technical, safety and operational process training both on-the-job and virtual.

Education, Skills, and Experience
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program from a leading school in Construction, Engineering, Business, or Real Estate (preference will be given to candidates entering their final year of study).
Proven self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, capacity to prioritize, and ability to deliver results with limited oversight
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize as required to meet expectations.
Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, construction, or other real-estate related fields.
Some knowledge of economic and financial concepts and their application to commercial real estate and investment management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical (financial and accounting), and research skills are required.
Ease of interaction with a wide range and level of JLL and client staff.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with a Get-it-Done attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
