Project Management Technician Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in security installation is certainly a "plus" but it is NOT requiredHowever, we do require and excellent attitude, attention to detail, aptitude to learn and urgency to be productiveHave a good and positive mental attitudeHave desire and ambition to succeedBe willing to give a 100% commitment to excellenceHave the ability to follow directionsMust have customer service skills as you will be working directly one on one with customersWant to be a part of a team that believes in customer satisfaction at the highest levelHave working knowledge of alarm systemsMust be able to work independentlyCollaborate on projects or work alone as needed.Valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle; adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving

Work Environment:

The work requires observing necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts, machines for building and site maintenance. The use of protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields may be required.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
