What You'll Be Doing

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.Report project outcomes and/or risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

What Are We Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.Strong attention to detail and deadlines.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership potential.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.Exposure to varying weather conditions.Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
