The occupant of the position will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative automation solutions to optimize the production processes of our clients, primarily in various sectors. As a project manager, you will oversee the complete management of projects of varying scope, from design to commissioning, including programming and supervising installations. You will work closely with our clients and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage automation projects in terms of cost, quality, and timelines. Develop and adhere to schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Identify and manage risks and issues. Facilitate project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ensure follow-up on billing and project closure.

Technical Expertise:

Design and implement custom automation solutions, including programming of controllers (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.), configuring vision systems, collaborative robotics, and integrating control systems. Conduct feasibility studies and develop optimal technical solutions. Select and order equipment and components. Supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of systems. Provide technical support to clients and document projects.

Client Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and manage change requests

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in automated production engineering, industrial automation and instrumentation, industrial electronics, or a related discipline. A technical background combined with relevant experience may also be considered. 3 to 5 years of experience in executing technical automation projects. Experience in project management. Strong planning and organizational skills. Developed customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team and delegate workloads. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of industrial robotics. Familiarity with programmable controllers (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.). Knowledge of electrical design software.
