SUMMARY
 

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to provide reliable,
timely, and professional support, and assist with the day-to-day project management activities. The
position entails working with a group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the
organization. The successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and
organize a diverse workload.
Projects include are predominantly technology infrastructure projects that focus on AV, scheduling panels and all aspects of the digital workplace.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


· Coordinate between AV integrator, client tech team, client digital workplace, client regional teams and general contractor to manage both planned upgrades and deployment of new tech. Systems include video collaboration, room scheduling panels, digital signage hardware, media players and others based on business need.
· Manage end to end delivery of project work, including scope, schedule, budget planning, installation times and purchase orders for all assigned projects.

· Partner with internal client teams on hardware lifecycle/end of life planning.

· Balance the delivery of multiple projects at the same time, both locally and remotely.
· Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
· Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and
maintain files for due diligence and financials
· Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical path
· Identify and address potential risks surrounding the project, project logistical issues, budget and scope.

· Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and
cost effective manner.
· Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services
technology as required for assigned projects.
· Provides appropriate level of on-site supervision to make sure project performance criteria are met.
· Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
 

QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with tech hardware projects (ideally AV-oriented)
· Possess familiarity with funding process, including operational and capital expenses.
· Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts a plus
· Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced team or independently
environment
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to
successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team
members
· Ability to be adaptable and agile to client changes and requests.
· Flexibility with work hours and travel estimated at approximately 20-25%
· Must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
· Experience in construction management or real estate preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management Applications

· Position may work primarily at client site with potential of daily client and contractor interaction.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

70,900.00 – 123,400.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
