Summary We are currently seeking a qualified individual to work as a Project Manager within the Consumer Products area of the Analytical Chemistry Department. Position Description This is an important position at ATS, Inc. that will communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and will take ownership of projects as they move through the testing process, from shipment arrival to invoice completion. The Project Manager -Consumer Products will work closely with the laboratory staff to ensure proper test protocols are performed and to deliver timely customer service. This individual will also work with the reporting staff to prepare customer facing reports for work completed in the lab. Position will consist of primarily in-facility work. Qualifications Required Skills + Developing project plans, including goals, tasks, and resource allocation. + Communicating project status and issues to stakeholders and team members. + Understanding customer’s testing needs and follow up with customers, when necessary, to obtain additional clarification. + Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively by interacting with sales staff, scientists, engineers, and technicians. + Self-motivated to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable working in a dynamic environment. + Exhibits initiative, curiosity, and a positive attitude on how to get the job done. + Essential to the success in this role will be excellent verbal and written skills in the English language. + Proficient with all Microsoft office software Educational Requirements + Required: High school diploma with 2-3 years of professional experience + Preferred: BS + 1-5 years of project management experience.
