PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79,900 – $107,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Oversee planning and execution of major capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and stakeholder coordination Manage the design process by developing project scope, facilitating RFPs, selecting designers, and incorporating Delaware North best practices across departments Ensure project budgets and schedules are maintained by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and design teams, conducting value engineering, and addressing any potential cost or timeline impacts Oversee construction activities, including contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, site access, progress monitoring, and compliance with plans and specifications Manage procurement and installation of FF&E, ensuring proper research, cost evaluation, delivery, and integration into facility operations
More about you Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field required; LEED AP preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an owner’s representative or lead project manager for projects exceeding $15 million Construction project management experience in ground up construction and renovations to existing facilities Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts required Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Blue Beam, AutoCAD, and PMWeb required Who we are
