YPrime’s Project Management Office is looking for an eCOA Project Manager to provide exceptional customer service while facilitating the successful execution of custom eCOA software development projects. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team from study kick-off and requirements gathering through maintenance, and you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our clients.
Here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience Foundational knowledge of the principals of the SDLC Minimum of 1 years’ project management experience Minimum of 1 years’ experience with software systems in support of clinical trials The ability to travel up to 20% of the time Top notch verbal and written communication skills Foundational knowledge of the principles of a software development life cycle A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role An innate proactivity – to learn, to gather information, to anticipate problems Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills A strong sense of personal accountability Attentiveness to details A commitment to quality Commitment to follow-through A positive attitude A team-oriented spirit Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteHave these things too? You’ll lead a cross-functional project team to deliver software solutions that streamline the clinical trial process for clients You’ll successfully deliver client projects centered on YPrime software applications in accordance with all YPrime SOPs, work instructions, and other processes or procedures You’ll act as a primary point of contract for the client from contract award through system deactivation and archival; leading status meetings, tracking all open issues or questions, and providing status updates as required You’ll over see the software solution design to meet project requirements based on the clinical protocol, proposal, and discussions with the client You’ll facilitate internal and external specification review meetings while updating system requirements as required You’ll manage schedule and scope for all projects; tracking all tasks required to deliver systems on-time for clients user acceptance testing (UAT) You’ll ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase, working with customer care, YPrime management, and internal departments as required You’ll effectively manage projects on time and within budget You’ll objectively review and approve system documentation and specifications to ensure documentation completeness and compliance of all YPrime SOPs and work instructions You’ll provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email if required You’ll travel to client sites to attend meetings and lead training sessions if applicable You'll participate in client audits and quality-related tasks for assigned projects as required You'll perform other related duties as requiredWhat are the YPrime Perks?
