The Primary purpose of this job is to provide experienced project management leadership on multiple complex 
stimulation lead product development initiatives from concept through release. Must have project management 
experience with proven ability to complete projects following product development guidelines on a timely basis, 
within scope, and with minimal supervision. This position also requires some travel to customers, scientific 
sessions and physician meetings.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Adheres to Integer values and all safety and quality requirements.
2. Being the project manager on contract and/or proprietary stimulation lead projects.
3. Lead and/or assist in the development of new or modified invasive and implantable medical products following 
established design control procedures and conforming to quality and regulatory requirements.
4. Serve as the project main contact between the customer/management and Greatbatch.
5. Evaluate stimulation lead technologies and assist in generating and documenting intellectual property.
6. Performs other functions as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical field. Certification from an accredited institution in Project 
Management preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years experience in business or technical role with a minimum of 
three (3) years of technical project management experience or new project introduction. 
Design or manufacturing engineer experience.
Specialized Knowledge:
Demonstrated technical competence; ability to develop product specifications; 
demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team based environment including project 
team members, consultants and contractors; strong project management skills.
Special Skills:
Excellent communication skill (both written and oral), ability to build and leverage 
relationships, must be approachable and have a track record of creative and innovative 
program development and implementation. Working knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA 
regulations and expertise in design controls within a regulated industry.
