ISS Finance Transformation team is currently looking for highly performing project professional who drives governance, planning, follow-up, and performance reporting for large multidisciplinary global projects in dialogue with Program Managers, Program SteerCo’s and the receiving organization. Person with excellent communication and change management skills.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Work with senior stakeholders to agree scope, implementation timescales and budget for new initiatives, develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Track project progress to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure that the project applies the ISS PMO best standards, governance, and principles in an efficient manner Safeguard that the projects are delivered in a standardized, efficient, and repeatable manner driving solid predictable benefit realization Facilitate fast yet founded decision-making, consistent follow-up, and decision/action documentation Enhance transparency and one source of project truth to the overall program progress Support effective project communication and organizational readiness across platforms and stakeholders Drive the planning and tracking of cost, time and resources supporting the business case and projected benefits Building an effective governance and reporting structure across the project Plan the various project phases well in advance of the program needs and challenges ahead Document all project information and create appropriate reports based on them
Functional competencies requirements:
Ability to plan the project deliverables and timeline needed to deliver the project successfully. Experience planning and follow-up cost, time, and resources actuals versus plan. Managing risks, issues, and escalation proactively with relevant stakeholders. Experience creating approach for developing, testing, and piloting project solutions. Gather feedback from internal customers, competitors, suppliers, or employees Experience in establishing effective communications structures Ability to drive project change management. Ability to motivate and engage both receiving and supporting organisation. Ability to create reporting based on different expectations coming from different stakeholders. Diligence in creation of one project truth based on gathered data.
Personal & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting Project Management certifications a plus 5-8 years of experience working with project management/execution of large projects and programs Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes incl. systems and application – nice to have Experience in software development initiatives in multinational companies Excellent understanding of project management Experience of being part of Finance transformation program Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment, collaborate and build relationships Ability to motivate and resolve problems within a complex stakeholder environment Strong ability to execute with attention to details Adaptable, enthusiastic and a continuous learner Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English), feels comfortable with presenting to key project stakeholders and leadership team
