The HR Project Manager is crucial in driving organizational success by transforming HR way of working and practices. The role is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of HR transformation initiatives within the organization, including leading the HR M&A due diligence process, developing and implementing integration plans, and managing employee communications. This role drives the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at improving HR mode of operation,  systems, and technologies to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency on a global as well as local level.
 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, budget, timeline management, risk assessment, and issue resolution HR Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute HR transformation strategies and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives Change Management and communication: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of HR transformation projects. Oversee the implementation Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships and engagement with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Monitor stakeholder satisfaction/experience/feedback (related to process/tools) measurements through surveys, f2f interviews, and workshops, and act upon results together with the HR community Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated timeframes and financial constraints Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Knowledge base: Ensure that documentation in terms of knowledge base is in place, updated and the knowledge is preserved as a part of project documentation Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field  Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HR transformation or HR technology implementation projects (such as Payroll, Time and Attendance, global HRIS, Case management tools, etc.) Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and technologies as well as HR roles and responsibilities and governance within the organization Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Change management expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and manage resistance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required Strong commercial/ cost awareness mindset, demonstrating drive and enabling change to create value Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organizational hierarchies - in and outside of HR Strong customer service focus, high integrity, and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a continuous improvement and solution-oriented mindset High accountability and drive to achieve outcomes in selected tasks and areas Inclusive mindset and capability to build collaborative relationships across organization boundaries, cultures, and other geographies Demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks, uncertainty, or ambiguity and ability to find a way forward Open to travel, particularly during transformation definition and the implementation waves Previous experience from following systems will be an advantage-Google tools HRIS (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, LMS, AoDocs, or similar) Having a Lean Six Sigma level certification will be considered as a plus.
