Job Description As SDO Project Manager, HR Operations, it will be critical to understand varying business needs and priorities to align our HR and Payroll operational priorities and ensure stakeholder expectations are met future Service Delivery Optimization (SDO) project initiatives. In addition to the Sr. Program Manager, this role will provide support to retained HR Operation teams and support the future state Shared Services design and day to day management for all geographical support and vendor delivery resources. Responsibilities + Support fellow HR Operations team members who are liaisons to our Global HR business partners ensuring alignment of HR Operations and SDO shared services support to business HR strategies + Responsible for overseeing and coordinating a cross functional portfolio of SDO projects/activities to support HR Operations strategy development, review, approval and execution with concrete accountability and measurable results + In collaboration with the core functions, maintain a project dashboard rep Qualifications + 3-5 years of experience in Shared Services, HR and HR Operations support. + Project Management experience in managing project deliverables that provide a range of HR services to a large, geographically dispersed employee population. + Experience in HR systems and related data management and vendor management. + Strong analytical, problem-solving and ability to conceptualize the organization, planning, and introduction of projects (envisioning through implementation). + Effective leadership skills Key Stakeholders HR Operations team members, Business HR, Total Rewards, Finance/Payroll and Business Technology Systems leaders and vendor partners Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ + The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
