As an IT Project Manager, you will work under the direction of the IT Manager. You will orchestrate the successful completion of projects through planning, implementation, and project close-out. Throughout the project’s life cycle, the IT Project Manager works with the other Program Managers to keep the project moving forward, focusing on task completion, risk mitigation, issue resolution, as well as keeping the project on-scope, on-budget, and on-time

Position: Project Manager, Information Technology


Experience:
1. 5-7 years of recent healthcare /information systems experience with 3 years recent project management experience.
2. Experience working with external software vendors, resource management and balancing of workloads. Excellent relationship, interpersonal, influencing, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, project management, problem solving skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation. Experience in building and leading teams towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives.
5. Highly professional individual and acts as positive role model demonstrating professional attitude and appearance consistent with position's responsibilities.
6. Self-motivated possessing a sense of urgency and a bias to action.
7. Is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and possesses high tolerance for risk.
8. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Enterprise Project Management Software.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, technology, clinical or related discipline desired.

Licensures/Certifications:
Current PMP certification or Masters in Project Management strongly preferred.
